Little bit of progress

Well, last night I took myself off to the gym again & had to tear myself away from not going to circuits :o(

So I decided to do a really hard work out & then attempt a run on the treadmill.

3000m rowing
20 mins bike - really pushing it though!!
10 minutes on a machine that I don't know what its called!! Basically its the action of running without the impact - pretty handy in my current situatio!!

Then...the treadmill....... managed 15 minutes of painfree running :o) yipeeeee

I could have carried on but didnt want to push my luck and I did start feeling a little niggle so left it at 15. Very small steps to progress but progress all the same! I will do the same in a few days & maybe attempt a longer run.

Am not feeling confident for the Half marathons I have coming up....... this is very hard for me to accept that I may not be able to do one of them or even both. but if it means being on the start line in London then I have to do what I have to do. I may well start them & see how I get on.

Please keep EVERYTHING crossed for me!!! I need ALL the positive vibes being sent my way right now!!!
