I created a PLAN B

Hi Everyone...... Just a special mention to the people who have been reading from Realbuzz! Thank you & I will also be checking out your blogs too! Good luck with the training......not long now!!!

Ok so where am I at...... Good weeks training last week dispite this white stuff that WILL NOT go away!

So Friday & Saturday I rested & on Sunday my plan had me doing 12 miles.

Ok, with it being minus 6, still a foot of snow & very very icy I decided against a nice run along the canal! Plan B kicked in which was to train in the gym for the time it would take me to run 12 miles (which is roughly 2:15) There was no way I was going to manage that whole time on the treadmill so I managed

30 minutes on the bike (10k distance)
30 minutes on x trainer
1 hour on treadmill (also 10k distance)
50 sit ups

I cant believe that I would ever spend 2 & a half hours at the gym in my life but I felt good after & it wasnt that bad! I played my new Ipod playlist which I have named "Joy" its got all my all time favourites on there & it so worked as every song that came on I thought "ooohh I love this song" & it made me run that little bit faster!! Bonus :o)

Monday is supposed to be my stretch day & I was looking forward to going to body balance again! Got to the gym & the class was cancelled!! Grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! So annoying when its part of your plan & I really needed a good stretch, I went home & stretched but its not the same!

Because of my disapointment & the fact that we are pretty quiet with guests I decided not to lay in this morning & take myself back to the gym to do the 7am Spinning class. Yes, I did say 7am!!!!!!

BRILLIANT!!!! I loved it, I really got into it & pushed myself. I have only done one spinning class before & wasn't that keen but left today wishing that I could go more!! Really set me up for the day so while the B&B is quiet if I get a chance I will be attending that class either Tuesday or Friday. Also having attended that this morning it meant I had done my cross training for today so have a night to myself to update my blog for you lovely people!!

ok so I'm adding my hypothetical 12 miles from sunday which makes my mileometer 66.9!! Going up up up!!!!
